hi to all, i posted a short time ago about faults i had namely knock sensor code 0330, i also had really bad leak from rocker covers and decided to get them done,during this being carried out the garage found and showed me that the wells were filled with oil,now i thought that maybe why getting 0330 knock sensor bank 2 so anyway they done job on the cheap.
got car back today and for the whole of 10 minutes showed no codes or warning lights. then spanner light on so stopped done pedal test and code now showing 0325 and after checking my sheet found knock sensor bank 1 , well here we go again. i have read many articles about trapped cables etc and to be honest don't want to abuse garage again, i tried locating cable,checked connection that was fine but cannot get down to block to check that connection. 1.to fat to get underneath and don't have ramps, i reckon possible that cable was trapped when rocker covers put back on,if this is the case and i can find the block connection would it make sense to get another knock sensor and just replace? the car is running a bit ruff and you can notice slight hiccup.any advise appreciated thanks :y
