Any viewes on brake pads made by Pagit, Eicher,Bosch.
-
I think generally the view is probably "Why bother when TC pads are so cheap?" (Something like £15 for a set of fronts).. unless you muller the brakes like TB/CG..
-
Sorry I should have said that these pads are for my other halves Volvo. And no rude remarks about Volvas
-
Ah, in that case - Pagid make some good pads (they also make some rubbish) and I've no experience of the others :)
-
As said, all manufacturers make pads at both ends of spectrum.
IMHO, unless she drives it particularly hard you won't go far wrong picking up a known brand set from a local motor factors or online supplier.
-
As Kevin Wood says, all "branded" pad makers make a good range and a shite range. The factors generally stock the shite ones, and say things like "Mintex make good pads", but neglect the "but these are their shite ones" bit ;D

Pretty certain he has TC currently. His problem is his psycological problem with copper grease ;D

Try Volvo :-\ most manufactures offer parts at a reduced price for cars over 4 years old, always worth an ask, as genuine parts often last better, so if only a couple of quid more than pattern ones, much better value :y
Obviously if they're 4 times the price, probably best to go pattern :-\
