Title: imobiliser on engine swap

hi was wondering how you know if i have infa red imobilser or the annoying one??

i am looking at putting my engine in another car so was wondering if i could bypass the imobiliser??

any help much appreciated  ;D

also does anyone know where to get hold of wiring diagrams for a 98 3.0l elite??

aaahhhhhh crap!! do you know what is needed to transfer the ecu to a new car an get it to work???

Use the older type ECU ;)

may have found a company that could delete the imobiliser completley?!

ok ive found that i have the easy pre 98 imobiliser :)

so how do i go about bypassing it now??
