What is it with the yobs of today >:( >:( >:( >:(
Left the estate on the drive whilst we stayed in Brackley for a few days, and some scrote has unscrewed the aerial from the back of the roof. >:(
It may seem petty to some with regards to what they can get up to, but when you look after a car like I do, even a small act like this gets right up my nose >:(
Yeah, we were all young, and I got up to some things in my time, but cars, nicking from same or people's property was taboo.
It was on there before we went away, because I was showing swmbo the difference between the short stubby one and my new long one.
I'll put a wanted post in with a piccy if I have one.
Tony........ *Edit*.....I think mine is a long one by the pics I have found......its just that the angle of mine is higher than some other types. When you raise the tailgate, it does not touch the aerial

You will have an adaptor then Tony, to raise the angle of the aerial away from the spoiler (possibly a prodrive ball)... is this still on the base, or did they swipe that as well?
bare in mind that there are 2 types of this aerial for the estate... 1 purely does the radio, and the other does the radio and gsm phone... I don't think you have the built-in phone system in your car, so you should get away with the cheaper one whic, iirc, is only about £8 from Vxl on TC. :y

Exactly Terbert, I agree. We need real deterrents and punishments in this country without bloody socialists complaining about it. What would be better though is if social practices were in place where this kind of behaviour wouldn't happen. Blame socialists for that also.

Can you leave mine on the drive next time Tony and see if they can unscrew mine. It just spins when I try to remove it so they would be doing me a favour. ::) ::) ;D ;D

I agree with that, but the only problem we have ever had around here is the occasional passing youngsters from some party or other.
It is rare anything hapens around here, but when it does, the subsequent enquiries always lead to there being a late night youngsters party in the neighbourhood. I live on a very very quiet residential area, in fact, the only traffic here is for access, not passing through.
We do however, get the after party late night teenagers using it as a cut through, and I would not mind betting that the usual house where they 'revell' a lot, had fireworks party on Saturday!!!!!!! I got no problem with that at all, although it goes on a bit late with music.....just walk home a different way

I know this is not fully on topic, but there are a load of wires and a housing thing thats been tucked away up under the glovebox......is that a built in phone kit. I have just noticed a small black object on the ceiling by the side of the unit that houses all the sunroof controls etc. Could that be a microphone ? :)
