Amazing.

I wonder what happened to the pilot.

What other WWII relics are in the desert, like tanks along with other planes.  I know some USAF bombers accidently flew South across the desert after losing themselves after a bombing mission in Southern Europe.  At least one has been found over the last 10 years.  A film was also made dramatising what happened to the crew of one, with their ghosts waiting to be 'rescued'.  ;)

I thought this was found months ago,  :-\ :-\ I remember seeing something on TV about it and the sad supposition that the Pilot could not have reached any water source.... :(

Yes,I read about this a few months ago,they were looking around the area for bones when I read about it :-\
