I know all about back pain. I have 3 vertabrae welded together in my lower spine, this happened through arthritis, and the pain can be excruciating most of the time, Pain killers help, but not for long
Hope yours eases soon

I got a bad back, but then in my house its normal because i am always carrying some one, wife/kid,s.
Seriously though hope all is well soon. A genuine bad back is no joke.

Bad backs suck. I've got rods from T4 to T8 (upper back). I get pain most of the time but I am fed up feeling a zombie on mega strength Pk's. I find a Good massage helps but I'm a little cautious in case they do more harm than good.

My back has been good for about a yr now. my shoulder is killing me and i have a pre op assessment Friday for surgery on my hand which is another 12 weeks off on top of me being off work now. when does it ever end :(

I don't think i've pulled mine or anything serious. It happened when I was making a reasonable Omega out of 2, it was pouring down and my lower back got soaked and hasn't been the same since. I can live with it through the day but it keeps me awake at night oh and sneezing is bloody painful ::)

Pete you have to solve this problem or sleepless nights will cause more serious problems.. take it serious..
