After a somewhat stressful last couple of years I was thinking about starting up a club to give me something to do, would anybody care to comment on the chosen patch (http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8067/8223710210_947cf22619_b.jpg)?

Not that easy setting up a 'back patch' club (MC), or even a normal 'patch' club (Mcc). The Hell's Angels MC oversees all Mcc's and MC's. Club details and proposed designs etc will have to be submitted for authorisation.
It may sound a bit petty, but seriously, don't go setting up a 'back patch' club and wearing centre 'colours' and top & bottom 'rockers' without the approval of your local HA chapter. If you're seen wearing unauthorised 'colours' you WILL be asked to remove them, there and then. Relatively politely initially but if ignored, no matter who you are, you will comply with the request.

Best of luck if you do go for it. :y

Really love this bit in that link "Really depends if you’re a dick or not." Really made me laugh.

Oh I know the rules bud, I was one of the first to have his details added to a database that was kept by a specially formed task force known as NCIS (National Criminal Intelligence Service) back in 92 because of what I used to wear on my back (and boy do you get special treatment when plod stops you thereafter ;D )
I knocked it on the head in 94 after meeting my current old lady as our relationship caused a conflict of interest due to her being related to more than one serving member of the HA, and if I'm being honest I wouldn't bother doing it again as it really is hard work.
