Title: re grill that didnt turn up

i got a paypal email last night to say i have a refund for the grill that went missing,thanks to everyone for the advice,it helped a lot,but the message he sent along with it didnt make any sense to me whatsoever,but all goes well in the end. :)

I am glad paypal came up trumps......for once.

We tried but, unfortunately all to often out hands are tyed

Some how I suspect that "light" Admin pressure has acheived a good result for all.
