Title: Online Shopping

Hispecshop24

As I looking for a new TV my choice is now down to 2 and whilst looking round the net and keeping an eye on prices and reviews for them I came accross a company that offered some interesting prices.

One of the offers I saw before seeing seeing the above website was for the Samsung 8 Series + £200 Cashback on my next Samsung purchase, that would equate to paying £79 for a 1GB DVD recorder with built in Freesat.

So toying between 3D TV's I was down to Panasonic or Samsung, both approx the same price. Good offer with Samsung, so started looking at Panasonic BluRay prices and comparing etc as you do.  Seems the items were more than 50/60% off the RRP, so as they say, if it seems too good to be true then it probably is.

Started googling as there was not a phone number (Ido believe all internet shop sites now have to provide telphone numbers), still dont have one, plus thier address seems to be just a postal address (Mail box)  further checking I found a guy that had bought a cooker in october and looks like he will be spending christmas without it and he cant afford to purchace annother one.

Ah well, google has yet served annother purpose and hopefully saved me losing a few quid :-\

Do society a favour and report the company by emailing your local trading standards, if they don't know about it they can't get the site blocked.

You don't have to put a phone number on a website, but you should a contact address and there must be a method of contact, like an email address or contact form.

Sadly, like in most areas of society there are fraudsters and the Internet where it is a bit like the wild west, does have more than its fair share.

Must go, where I'm busy claiming my first prize in a Nigerian lottery!  :o :o :o :o
