as some of you may be aware i run a small claims management company for reclaiming penalty charges (not parking penalty or speeding lol) and you may be aware that the claims are on hold at the moment, theis is constantly under review and our best chance to get this lifted is on the 22 of next month (MAY), i have put a petition together for people to sign and i would like you all to sign it for me, my business has been on hold for the last 6-7 months, we are doing the work but are recieving no payments, hence the petition to lift the waiver that the fsa gave to the banks.
please sign this for me, it would take 5 mins of your time
location changed to the following
many thanx :)

All the best with it. But I won't sign - I'm all for high charges, as it allows me free banking ::)

Got it in one... They hadn't given me a figure, just said to contact them the week before the hearing and they'd settle out of court. Then 2 weeks before hearing date it got stayed >:( >:( >:(
Now been waiting ages to get my money back! ::) ::) ::)

That verbal agreement isn`t worth the paper it`s written on! ;D

I can see your point. But, I went into the bank and asked for a temporary increase of overdraft of £250, reducing monthly by £50 to current level as we'd ended up a little overstretched (hadn't realised how much we'd spent on our wedding!) and they refused... From that day on we received over £1500 in charges, which we wouldn't have got if the banks were run by people instead of computers! :o :o :o>:( >:( >:( >:(

Just wish I'd recorded the conversation as it would have been binding!! ::) ::)
