Damn, I thought it was going to be a recipe for goat.  ;D  It actually makes an excellent stew (Spaniards call it chotto).

Goat is the most widely eaten meat in the world amazingly.

There are more pigs eaten in China than the rest of the world put together. That is it for useless infomation for today got to save some for another day!
