Yup. Not working this year. Work is preventing the Christmas spirit, 30 more servers to be built and commisioned before I break up, and 473 LUNs to configure up tomorrow. Deep joy.

OS build, not hardware - the blades are already in the chassis, and cabled up.  Don't often get chance to play hardware nowadays :(

Surely nobody would let you close to anything expensive like hardware while configuring an exchange server? Done it once. Won't touch one again, except with an axe, when its' time comes.... >:(

Last time I heard something as horrible as that it was during RTI training - was known as "white noise" in those days ... (now illegal I believe as is the "stress position" which still hurts just thinking about it !!)

I even have a special player especially designed for playing Christmas CDs.

Reminds me, I must put a new sheet of sandpaper on it ready. >:(

Microsoft sExchange is simple enough when it goes wrong, though each 'era' of sExchange is completely different to others (v4/5, 2000/2003, 2007 onwards), making it hard for those who knew the earlier ones to pick up the newer ones.
