Just found Schwarzie's Six secret of success on the tube and the work related point not really fit to me...hard work for 18 hrs and rest for 6 only...hm maybe that is why I'm not as success as Arnie... ???

It would help if you stopped cruising the gay bars late into the night.

When I was younger and near the end of a project, about 4 hours sleep for up to about 3 weeks, then back to a more normal 6 hours! Now I need and get 7 to 8 hours any less than this and it is fall asleep after my tea syndrome.

I also started to build a glucose intolerance and one of the causes of this is less than 6 hours sleep a night, so it is now very rare for me to get less than 6 hours.

This is I wanted to ask that a lot of accessive "how to" proposals there are on the net such from Arnie as Steve Jobs or anybody else though nobody tell about the price of success in point of health issues or devastated human/family relations. I'm not sure of Arnie's tip "work like hell" if you are originally not workminded man.
