Title: Vacuum leak sound behind right cylinder head. 3.0 engine

Vacuum leak sound behind right (English driver side) cylinder head. 3.0 engine.
There is some kind of box with hoses going to plenum.
Common problem?

Rubber pipe often perishes. See guide on breather cleaning.

Have you had the plenum off? Might be unseated plenum seal maybe?

I tried search "breather cleaning"and "breather box", didn't find anything. Where is this guide?
