Title: This evening
Post by: Vamps on 02 May 2008, 22:02:28
swmbo took the kids to the Caravan for the weekend, leaving me all on my own, say ahhhhhhhh Louder than that :) :)

Anyway then had been gone for about 15 minutes and I noticed a handbag on the chair, taking my life in my hands I checked it out, sure enough her phone and purse, and a lot of other stuff were in it.
Rang my stepson to tel them, swmbo expected me to take it to her, she was only 2 junctions down the motorway so I did, met them off the motorway, typical the motorway was open going South but roadworks stoped me getting back on to go North, hell of a diversion, just cos I was being kind.
Never mind, whisky out. ;D ;D ;D

Was only talking about this the other day. SWMBO often says "Can you get such and such for me, it's in my handbag?"
"I'm not surprised, EVERYTHING is in her handbag! It's like the Tardis!"

 ;D ;D

I seem to recall a conversation we have had in the past about whisky.

What are you partaking in a wee dram of?

Neither had I :-?
Says that it is a 15 year old Single Highland Malt.
I prefer Jura or Jura Superstision, but someone gave it to me so it must be drunk, would be a shame to waste it. :D

Sounds like an irish malt to me.

Or Dalwhinnie?

Got a bottle of Johnnie Blue in, only getting opened at the next J.O. meet, kinda promised Broocie a dram, well, he said bottle.

Proper scotsman!

(and boozebag it seems) ;)

Told you! ;D

If you like that, try Talisker 18yo, completes closely with JWBL as the best in the world.

Talisker 10yo is the best scotch whisky under 12yo.

I personally prefer JWBL, if you drink it in the fashion it is meant though.

If not, yuk!

My apologies, JWBlueLabel.
Not JWBlackLabel.
