In terms of drifting, the LSD Diffs fitted to Ex Police would have been 3.7 or 3.9 (if theres any left now) but that would have been suited for the 3.0 / 3.2 power band with Manuals or Autos.

4.22 is the way on the 3.0/3.2.

There wasn't a 2.0 diesel model, but I would have thought any diesel would have had a 3.45 diff, which will be useless to you, I'm afraid.

I dunoo what the engine is out of buts defo only a 2ltr. No cop cars over ere with omegas. I've the diff welded. 3.45 sounds about right I'd say. Finding it very hard to keep the revs up in 2nd unless doing high enough speed

Wouldn't have thought a 3.45 Diff would suit a 2.2 Petrol for normal driving let alone drifting.

3.45 is almost too long for a manual 2.5 in normal road use so would be well wide of what you need. This http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=90497.0 should help.
