Scuttle off drivers side, see guide
Remove scuttle bracket, same torx as scuttle.
Remove 8mm(?) bolts, easy. Hard one is above the bracket. Needs a long 1/4 drive extension (Lightly tape the bolt to the socket on refitting)
Remove electrical plug as soon as you have access.

COVER THE WING WITH A RAG, OR IT WILL GET SCRATCHED
Pull drivers side forward and left off its peg on the right, squeeze bars through the gap between servo and screen.(tight fit, you'll have to force it slightly, but it WILL go)
and extract the mechanism from behind the bonet strut.

For the pedants, working from memory so may have missed some stuff.

Never heard of that before.

No issues normaly with Omega wiper linkages so a second hand part is a low risk option.

Presume it's where the plastic rose joint is clamped into the metal arm. I've seen them a bit loose before, but only a bit. :-\
