Swmbo needs to return an item she bought through Amazon. I've had a look on there site, but can't seem to find anywhere that tells me what the procedure is for returning. Can anyone advise?

It is on the site somewhere but should also be on the sales voucher that came with it.

At the bottom of your account page under 'let us help you' it says 'returns are easy'.

On her account page, it's got 2 headings..
1= where's my stuff
This says track packages and view/cancel items or orders
2=account settings
View or change 1click settings
There's nothing saying let us help you or returns are easy :-\

Don't know if it makes any difference, but I'm using an iPad . I press the home page button.. There's all sorts of categories... Whatever category I press it takes me to the items for sale.... At the very bottom of each page there is nothing like the pic you posted :-\
Where exactly is the page you took pic of? Sorry if I'm being a numpty :)
I've looked in her account page at previous items bought. Still nothing about returns.

At last!! I went straight to google and typed in amazon returns, got there no problem after that.
Although still can't find it through the iPad app >:(

Ah! Gaypad. Perfectly fine on my tablet running android. ::)
