You should count yourself lucky it's 'only' 75 litres. My R Class has an 85 litre tank & is an eye watering £100+ to fill :'( :y

that's assuming you actually run out of fuel before you fill up. I filled up on the low fuel light yesterday ......... it was a mere £98 ;)

So the fuel tank on a mondeo 2.0 tdci must be a fair bit smaller to have a similar range.
-
I used to see 600 from the tank every week on my 2.5 manual on my commute ( motorway)
-
Most I've managed to put in in one go is 72 litres :-X
Translates to about 360 miles of mixed (mostly town) driving :-\

I've (rarely) seen 500 miles from my 3.0l auto... ...and never in the UK.

Filled mine up just before Xmas and it took £92.46 and it still showed and it was on the notch above the red. :o :o
-
Over the past week,£50 and done 400 miles
-
Put £50 in yesterday before the light came on and it showed two thirds full. I suspect it was only enough to get the inside of the tank wet in reality! ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
Last filled mine week befor christmas, £89 plus the change.
