Title: ATP and Febi advice wanted.
Post by: ted_one on 12 January 2013, 20:19:34
Would like some advice/opinions on the quality of ATP wishbones etc and Febi steering idlers, they look to be good value but any if any one out there can give their own personal experience of these products it would be greatly apreciated :y

ATP wishbones more durable than Firstline, found they lasted about 20k instead of 7-10 :y

Cheers Al, the cars only do 2-3 thousand a year apiece if that, so I'll order from ATP as they are doing a kit with droplinks and t/arms etc for about £95 delivered, any thoughts on the FEBI steering idlers, I would have had Lemforders but I need two and the FEBI ones are only £21 each delivered :y

Only ever fitted a Vx idler  :-\

Worth tting the inserts from lemforder? Although at that mileage does it matter :-\

Many thanks, like you say the amount of mileage involved it should'nt be an issue, once I get the old bits off, might have a crack at refurbing them and useing them on one of the other cars at a later date :y :y

The trouble with the pattern idlers is they don't fit from day one hence the lemforder route
