Fixed, but needs price. Capacity would be useful :)

Wow ;D Thanks TB :y :y

Ok I'll try and look up capacity
If I can't find on tank could be Lazydocker may be able to help
It is I think the deepest that will fit in the wheel well diameter

Firstly apologies for messy post has to do with my failed attempt
to post 2 pics on one posting
In the pic with the the floor propped up
The items to the left & right of the tank are not part of the system
But my Jump leads + the detachable towhook and other odds & sods
Still a bit of usefull storage around the tank
My install only got as far as completeing the rear end (with the exception of the filler point)
And all pipework & wireing into the front end
Then the holiday season took over
And later Miggy was lost to a young speed mad basket
Need to get to the point
The system has never seen LPG so can be worked on safely
I'm asking 300.00 for the rear end kit complete as removed from Miggy with installed vapour lock system

I couldn't get to the tank to check for capacity
Anyhow problem solved by Lazydocker who has the same tank
He kindly PM'd me the following info for which I'm gratefull

Tank capacity is 76L (water capacity)and should fill to around 60L
although my experience in my car is that it will go to 62-64L :y

In a 3.2 driven on fast A roads with lots of roundabouts (not exactly hanging about)
and town driving this will do about 230mls between fills,a little more on a run :y

There it is so thanks again to Lazydocker :y :y

Assuming a fill of 64 litres and a range of 230 miles, that's only an average of 16.35mpg.

My 3.2 would do 21mpg on gas on a spirited run (Fast A roads / Fast motorway) - for which 64 litres would get you 295 miles :y

Basically, any Omega driven half sensibly over a long distance, you're looking at a 300 mile range with this tank :y

I'm guessing this is a vertical tank (pics not showing for me at work)?

Purely by looking at the pics - no, it sits in the spare wheel well of an estate, flat - so looks like a horizontal one :y HTH

I don't think I've ever managed 20mpg from my 3.2 on gas  ???

I struggle with the (more economical) 3.0 to get 20mpg.

Having experienced your driving... I'm surprised your fuel consumption is not measured in gallons per mile !! ;D :y

It's a donut tank as per the subject title
Set horizontal in the spare wheel well
As I recall the tanks were availabee in groups sized by diameter
From the particular group that suited miggy's well diameter I simply chose the deepest one made
This turned out to be about 3" higher than the floor level
Hence  why I had to raise the floor level
I do have the makers spec certificate (Polish) with English sub- titles
The height is given as 270mm
The diameter as 650mm
Capacity  76 (would consider Ltrs but nothing Quoted)
Also it is a 4 hole spec
I understand this to be far better  than a single hole multivalve install
The tank comes with all the necessary valves guages etc installed in the vapour box by myself
I'll try and post a pic showing the tank

Hope these pics answer some of your queries
Please note they were taken pre tank install
No connections made or final fix
but give a good  idea of tank size

Going to take further tuition next week 8) ::)
