Title: Only cold air from front cabin vents

Hi
I have lots of hot air from rear fan vent in the cabin but can only get cold from the front vents.
I have done the 5 second hold off and auto buttons together trick with the ignition on.
When i did the reset it sounded like some servo or another was doing things behind the dash i think but this is my first omega so not sure if this is significant.
Can anyone help with what i should look at next with this?

Check HBV (see maintenance guides)
Check for blocked heater matrix - flush (see maintenance guides)

Check operating rod to the front blend flaps have not become detatched from the servo

Surely if these were failing then i would not be getting the hot air from the rear vent (lots of hot air coming out of there  :o )
