What browser are they using? Get them to remove the un-install and remove the browser & re-install?

Windows 7 is the Operating System, not the browser ;)
Browsers are: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera. Yes there are others, but those are the main for Windoze
First get her to use another browser, try Chrome, see if it does same thing :y
I would avoid Chrome like the plague, way too insecure. If you need a secondary browser, try Firefox, but update it weekly.

If you understand its weaknesses, security wise*, its OK to use for experienced users. I wont say then, whats installed on quite a few computers in a MS office, so my customers tell me....coz IE is too slow :-X
