Title: Geometry figures
Post by: geoffr70 on 28 January 2013, 18:28:46
Hi peeps, I'm taking the elite for geometry and new tyres Friday morning. Garage is listed under WIM but couldn't book online, girl on phone didn't seem to know much especially when I started talking about adjusting car etc, probably because she's just the receptionist, so I have the front camber and toe in figures. Does anyone know the caster and figures for the rear please? Thanks.

If they're part of the WIM approved network then Tony should give them the correct figures ;)

Agreed - watch your tyres go bald on inside edges using these figures :o

Is Sykes talking about the rear only? :-\

It is, but as said didn't seem to know much so that hardly gave me any confidence in them knowing what they're talking about. I don't want to turn up 80 miles away (yes the nearest WIM affiliated place to me is 80 miles away), for the not to have the figures, which is why I'd want to go prepared.  :y

You only get the 'wim' service from an affiliate when booking through wim
(Unless you KNOW the garage has plenty of omega experience)
