obesity is a serious sickness which has both physiological and psychological roots.. hard to cure completely.. :-\

I watch it for fun! I'm grateful I can stuff my face and still stay trim! And I like shouting at them on tv!

So could I until about 3 years ago,now I just look at my own belly rather than watch them on TV. ;D
