Title: NCDC 2013 and Nokia CK-600

I got Nokia CK-600 bluetooth Iso car kit

Does it work with 2013 or was it so that ncdc's iso wiring differs somehow ?

Not familar with that BT kit, but if it can, wire it in to the car's phone prewiring

Prewiring plug is behind the glovebox. Autoleads sell a lead for about £20, but its not required.
