It's no good those light weights that strop off and buy a shitbox asking for points. :P

I probably could have saved a fortune by bringing it to you to fix. But Daz said you were shite and he wouldn't fix it unless he could pump my bottie.

Oh much, much more. But I know that when she leaves in the morning, there's a good chance she'll come back under her own steam.  ;D

It s funny but I cannot remember the last time I had a car fail an MOT. That includes 4 Omegas. Dads green Omega we had for many many years and it never failed.
I have probably just jinxed myself as we have a 2000 Astra in for MOT at end of month  :P

I have bought 3 others that were fine, just the normal stuff, what annoyed me was I was looking for a new Mig, I did everything by the book in my search and thought I had bought the perfect car, and it wasn't............ ::) ::)

Bought swmbo Mig a year ago, after tracking down where the main dealer had sent a px, paid good money but needed one quickly and it has been fine; due a cam belt but I know that and will be done in a couple of weeks time :)

I think every car i have bought its needed a couple of hundred £ to get back into shape , normal wear and tare items tyres exhaust ect then servicing , so if you get something really cheap its still going to cost you 500 notes by the time your finished  ::)

As it happens yes it is. Between our immediate family There are 7 Astra's and One Omega. Just bought youngest son a 1998 MK4 Astra ex Jersey car with 38,000 miles on it. I know many of you think a low mileage can be worse than a high mileage but hey ho. I even think it has the original rear tyres !!!! some kind of Michelin X which I though they stopped making years ago. Still won't be on the road until fully serviced and checked by me  :y

my miggy sailed through the other week as it always does mind you when i brought it i did pay that again to get it up to fitness money i wont see on the value if i sell it :'( :'( but drizzle did do a good job spot on now. :y

the only down side was the phycological damage, fascination with pink, gay bars and being shagged by the odd ugly pig. Thanks to some hormone pills and support from wifey I am better now, pink seat covers have gone and i have stopped wearing the wifes thongs
