Try the following:-
Start > Run > CMD > then type:
tracert -h 80 216.81.59.173

Well I did it and got some gibberish about "hops to something"  So what is it suppose to do ?

If you let it do its thing.....

After it hits the routers its suppose to (ie gets to the correct network) it starts to write a message where the router name is....

As TB says someone with too much time on their hands and lots of routers to play with  ;D :y

Should add, non Windows users need to use traceroute, not tracert
