Title: major problem with a fuse??

Fitted new fuse cover panel under steering wheel-and mate checked fuses while there-fuse 29 blown-put new one in and whole dash lit up-like ignition position 2 :o :o :o :o so any ideas?? its serious because it does more than tow bar :o
Its my 2000 2.5 v6 auto- :y

Can anyone remember when the delay timer for accessory socket came in?

2001 IIRC. After the last of the 2.5s I'd say. :-\
