I would love to see one of these in action over a standing 1/4 mile against the current fastest accelerating production bike the Kawasaki ZZR1400.

Nope.Most 1 litresports bikes should be sub 3 seconds 0-60 afaik,and they have TC nowadays,so traction shouldnt be a problem.

And being a fat bastard, I stand a chance of keeping the front reasonably controlled if I lean forward a bit ;D
