Hi,
Tommorow I planning to repair a rear brake calipers, because I have a leak, so I presuming that is a problem with rear brake caliper because rear wheel is covered in brake fluid :(
Guys any thoughts/recomendations/guides how to remove a piston from a rear caliper and replacing with new rubber seals ?

You can get repair kits, easy enough job but time consuming. I would tend to replace the caliper with a known good one, from someone on here of course. :y

But question how remove a piston ?

if you have caliers off, and have access to a compressor(air tools) just blow the piston out.
if its still on the car just gently press the brake pedal down and the hydrolic pressure will push it out, :y

Hydraulic pressure is safest but makes a big mess :(
Compressed air works well but is hazardous
- the piston flies out with a bang (mind your fingers)
- drops of fluid fly into the air - protect your eyes and don't breath in the mist
Either way you need to clamp one piston at a time to direct the pressure to push the other one out.

As the rears iirc have 2 pistons and I don't remember the 'plug' being there (certainly on the outside one) not sure where you'd dump your compressed air but you get the idea :)

Today I was @ the garage and discovered very big problem. It seems that one of the brake pipes has a hole and thru this pipe is leaking my brake fluid. The whole is @ the end of this pipe near the connection with the rubber hose which goes directly to the rear brake support.
Any recommendations how to change this pipe? I know that the one end (which connect with rubber hose) is simple to detach but another ed of this which goes to the front of the car, where it ends and is this difficult to change this pipe to a new one ?

You can always cut the pipe towards the read and fit a shorter length of new pipe ;)

As Dbug says, replace a piece of the pipe. Remember the rest of the brake pipe is probably in the same condition, so consider the option of changing some or all of them for copper. This is not a major problem, at least your caliper sounds fine. :y
