anyone know how to remove the plastic sill trims on an omega?

use the jack that comes with the car... pop right off  ::)

Little studs have a hole in the middle, they press onto metal,pegs on the body. They look like press through dowels like on the end caps, but they are not.

Once the fixings are removed it just pulls off the clips behind.

with a gentle tug from the bottom lip.  :y
