Once use clips, they're used under the bonnet on a few Vauxhalls too.
You can usually un-clip it by prising the clasp bit apart with a small screw driver & reclip it together after with a pair of pliers. Or destroy it & use a proper Jublilee clip. ;) ;)

It's known a the 'effing nuisance' clip and is the reason a good mechanic always has a good supply of jubilee clips.
-
Aye i got some of those on the air pipes on the pug , quick twist with a screwdriver gets them off then into a box labelled useless stuff that mite come in handy one day ::)
-
well i thought a pocket screwdriver in to the slot and a bit of prying would get it ''open''. no chance. going to cut it and replace with a jubilee :y

One of my more productive purchases ;D

I usually just take a pair of side cutters to the 'sticky-uppy-boxy-bit' and they come off easily.
-
Its called something like Click-R. I have a tool here, was around £7 IIRC. Same ones used on Omega breathers, assuming DLK hasn't been in there ;D
-
Can usually lever the clip/hook end off with a screw driver. Then a pair of pincer pliers to do them up. Very awkward though, and needs the proper tool.
