Thanks Zirk.
Not worried about memory and electric seat functions. I just want to swap the mv6 seat in, not have any air bag issues, swap it out again, and have any problems plugging the elite seat back in. :)

If the mv6 sport seats where leather, i might look into it. But they are cloth.

Its only the drivers seat, and it will go back to its rightful home, honest. ;)

Be fine, just don't forget the Battery off, then wait for the 'drink me Tea' time rule  :y

Or as an admin once said quite loudly, "Just unplug the bloody thing..." ::)

Probably prudent to disconnect the battery though. If it can, it probably will :y

Easy to say if youve got a Tech 2 in your back pocket to reset the Air Bag light  :y

Just unplug the tinkers, gayboy, no need to 'dangle berries' about with disconnecting battery*, don't be gay. Try not to turn ignition on when you have seats unplugged. On either car. In fact, hide the keys inside when you do the job.

In the back of my mind, I have it in my head that some of the heater wiring varies between Elite and non Elite, so you may be heaterless. Doesn't matter on cloth though.

The 4 bolts that hold seat to floor are different lengths, so keep the bolts with the seats.

*All other members - unplug battery, blah-de-blah-de-blah.
