Self inflicted, she couldn't see the kerb because of her belly ::) ::) ;D ;D

Modern times,sadly,no-one seems to take any responsibility for their own actions these days.

There was a similar thing posted a while back. An officer in the PSNI sueing the victim of car theft because he was injured in the chase. This really is the thin end of the wedge.
If plod gives up on a chase because it's considered too dangerous, can I sue him for not trying to recover my property, i.e. doing his job?

Should there not have a been a police issue torch in her police car?? for use when its dark ::)

That don't look like a 6 inch kerb to me. That looks like a standard 4 inch kerb stone to me.
Good luck to the woman, I just hope someone manages to sue her one day >:(
