Title: Ow ow ow

Been out in the sun all day working on my dirty neesan ripping out the old non functioning alarm and getting the engine bay ready for the new engine, top off tunes playing and a nice cold beer to hand.

Just had a bath and ow ow ow im slightly burnt!!

Unusual for me as I normally just go brown and dont burn. :(

ANyone caught it today?

Arms and the "solar panel for a sex god" are a tad sore after 5 hours cutting the hedge today :(

SWMBO is full of support .... "why didn't you put sun-block on?" .. sort of stuff .. good question .. now its bloody dark !!!

Luckily the pate recovers in 2-3 days usually .. it's had a lot of practice !!!!

Never heard of that one, whats the point in being out in the sun to get a healthy colour if your gonna stick factor 5 zillion on?  ::)

i'm a postman and i rest the mail on my left arm as i deliver, so now i have one arm considerably darker than the other :(

rear end is a little sore but thats cause of the shepherds pie i had yesterday. (love mince but it goes right through me) :'( :'(

Snap! Well nearly  ;D I dont deliver the mail, but my right arm is nice and red......from it hanging outa the drivers window all day  :y

i cant resist  somosas filled with mince, or home made burgers using mince. dont even go there with a keema curry or keema naan,but my guts dont like it and it and my rse punishes me for eating it.its like a porsche out of a tunnel in the morning. but i dont care. i'll still eat it and face the consequences after  ;D ;D ;D ;D
