as many have seen my thread-good friday - I wrecked my mig at 243000miles so got another engine-£200(89000 miles)
well here she is before and after :y

Did you remove and replace the engine with gearbox attached or without?

only took engine out-easier to shift about :y unless you really want to convert to manual as auto box is heavy I would drop auto under car BUT fit manual to engine BEFORE fitting :y
and yes we started on good Friday at 1300 hrs and finished Tuesday midday :y
will strip old engine to make coffee tables from :y :y

Well done Symes. And sorry I couldn't pop over. things crop up though :-[
Anyhow, in the help section theres been quite a lot of engine replacement talk from various members. is anyone in a position to do a guide? I for one would be very interested :)
