That is why I am keeping away, I did start to write a post for the Benefits thread based on personal and proffesional experience, I got to 2.5 pages of A4 before I gave up, tonight I deleted it....... :-X :-X

Amazingly, in terms of posting numbers, that has become the 15th most "popular" thread (in the General Discussion section) since OOF began. :o
Only goes to show how emotive the subject is, I suppose.
