Yesterday, on a cool, wet day I set the tyre pressures to 32psi all round. Today, (warm sunny day) I went to recheck the pressure and they were between 33 and 33.5psi so I set to 32psi again. This was using a dedicated tyre pressure gauge.
So when is the ideal time to set tyre pressures?

Before a run, at an "average" (for the week you're doing it) temp

All tyre manufactures will recommend when they are cold, when warm you can see a fluctuation of .5 to 1 psi
Had a chat to the guy micheldever tyres once (there's an hour I will never get back) who confirmed this :y
