Title: Dodgy fog light??
Post by: horsecow on 21 April 2013, 00:43:13
Hi folks, quick question. Fog light on passenger side is a bit lazy and sometimes works, sometime doesn't. Haven't bothered to look at it as yet but intend to look at it tomorrow as headlight bulb has gone on that side as well just this evening. Is this a common problem, is there anything in particular I should look for? I presume its just a loose bulb/connection somewhere?

Is it gonna be an easy fix, I never really use the fog lights anyway but I do like to have everything working?

Fog light loom plugs in above the horns :y accessible from under the bumper or pop the n/s headlight out. Loom then clips behind bumper, also has the outside temp sensor wiring with it. Any problems with the wiring should be obvious, but that loom does take a kicking as its the first thing that all the crap off the roads gets to ::)

Worth checking the lamp unit itself, as the problem could well be there :-\
