Title: Omega Elite 1998

Hi, I have recently bought an 3L V6 Omega Elite Estate 1998 87 000 miles on the clock.  I am new to all this and have some things I need to sort out on it. :o  It is a first for me.  Normally I would just get the hubby to sort this, but he is working abroad right now so it is up to me to get my hands dirty so to speak.

a list of the problems:

Need an owners manual
Horn not working
dead pixels on digital dash display (have found links on how to fix this) so will give it a try.
Driver seat back heating , but not the bottom of the seat.

Any pointers on what to do.  I do not even know where the fuse box is  :-[
