Title: Car Tax ?

Going by this table using my old June registered 2001 3.2 as an example

The road tax based on 284g CO2 emissions is 269.50 for 6 months now ?

Is that correct ?

Nope cars registered before 23rd March 2006 go no higher than band K so £154 for 6 months.

As he said ^^^^^, £280/12 months or £154/6 months  :y

"Band K* - *Includes cars with a CO2 figure over 225g/km but were registered before 23 March 2006."

Oh ok, it doesn't mention that anywhere in the table though

It raised alarm bells when I put it through the direct Gov check and it comes up with band M ?

Ignore me, I have seen the Asterix now for band K  :) ;D ;D

On the plus the explod may be out in the summer now... Thanks to you otherwise I was just working out what it was worth in pieces  :D
