Post by: mav1508 on 21 May 2013, 17:22:08
evening all
just trying to pick the brains of the members, i have a slight knocking noise coming from the front end...it sounds like it is coming from the drivers side, but will sometimes come from the middle.. :( i was thinking anti-roll bar links or track rod ends...??
is there anyway of telling from sight..?
or any othe thoughts...... :y :y :y

Anti roll bar drop links are the usual culprit.Play may be felt by tugging/pushing /pulling etc. Easy enough to replace.

A characteristic of worn drop links is a knock from the drivers side when you go over a bump with the passenger side wheel, or vice versa...
