Title: Age = Mind Lapse

Went to get money out hole in the wall , put card in entered amount of cash and machine took my card ..says bank detained it  >:( So went home and rang bank up to cancel card as they told me nothing wrong with card but they will send me another in 5 days  ::)
Just found out i used an expired card and wrong account and cancelled the wrong card (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v637/svoman2300/Smilies/pat.gif)  now got no access to money for another week at least  :(

I should not really joke about it, as I have just had to put my mother in a Care home with dementia, and its not nice to see, but.........I am sure if she could comprehend, she would be agreeing and chuckling along with us. ;D :y

I am of younger years(ish) at 31, but, just last month I withdrew £30 from the cashpoint, took my card and walked away - without the cash.  Fortunately, no scally's were in the vicinity and the ATM sucked it back in.

It's not just you old buggers!  ;D

my mum had dementia and cancer-she forgot who I was many times-we sat and laughed about it though :y
