What a sorry state of affairs that must have lead to them needing to say that :-\
Bit of a waste though :-\ surely anyone stupid enough to use that whilst driving would be incapable of reading the warnings ::)

The story we got quoted to justify that sort of statment was a guy tried to use a flymo type mower to trim the side of a large/high hedge.
He lost the balance of the mower and it fell on his head while still running. His family sued the mower company because it didn't say in the instruction that it was not to be used on hedges.
Might only be a tall tail but it does some it up

The only flaw in Darwin's theory is that it seems to take them less time to figure out how to procreate than to realise what a great hedge trimming tool a flymo is. ::) Once we've got that one cracked the human race will be in better shape. ;)
