Title: Handbrake cable adjustment on Elite 3.0 2001

Hi!   Is it possible to adjust handbrake cable without removing exhaust pipes on this model  3.0 Elite 2001?

Heat shields off to adjust lever end :y

There's a guide round here somewhere ::)
