Hopefully you have a restore partition on hard drive, or took the option to create the disks when new (manufacturers vary which method is used).

The option to restore back to a point in time will do jack for you.

Try to avoid those dodgy porn sites in the future :P ;D

Webby....just try clicking 'Start', then type system restore in the 'All Programs' box at the bottom. System Restore will appear, click it....follow the instructions. Should possibly allow you to do a restore :)

I use CCleaner (free download) every 2 or 3 days which keeps mine running OK (Win 7), I've just run it after 3 days and it took out 180Mb of crap. :y

Windows does need a rebuild at least every 3 months, went I owned a Windows laptop, I found myself doing it at least every 3 months to keep it clean and going quick.

Can't really do that with my work build one, will get told off  ::)

XP maybe. Vista+ is much better. I only rebuild mine when a new SP comes out (so that won't happen again ;D).

Given the info in your first post, not really. Contact Fushitu and ask how it should be restored
