Title: Missing Mum.

Sadly taken 2 years ago today. Lump in throat. :'(

Doesnt feel like it Guy, but time does heal...It takes time, but it does start to get easier.

Can't believe that was two years ago,she was a lovely looking lady.

To all who have lost loved ones i sympathise. Also said photo was taken before i was born, i'm guessing late 50's maybe 1960. I popped out in 1963. I'll try to scan a more recent pic soon.

yeh that pic looks like if you scanned further out Richard burton would be stood next to her  :y

Guy, believe me, time does make it easier. Mrs TB lost her mum suddenly when she was 12, I lost my dad suddenly 13 years ago.

That doesn't mean you don't think of them regularly, but the same memories lack the pain and become more joyful. We've just got back back from a family holiday to Cyrprus, where we were frequently smiling and laughing about dad, or CB as we always called him.

Mine passed away one year ago but still a real pain especially if comes to mind that how rare we had met in the last times.

My mum died when I was 7. I'm 43 now and still think of her every day  :'(
