Title: Blackbushe Car Auctions
Post by: pscocoa on 12 July 2013, 13:31:56
A long time since I went to the auctions and have come away very uninspired. was looking for a replacement for the Omega but something a bit different - it appears everyone else is as well - what a surprise.

03 Range Rover high spec with 120,000 miles went for £7k and the 10 plate Land Rovers were getting £17k to £18k. For every BMW that shows up there is a flurry of activity with younger traders buzzing around like ants.

So Omega stays but I fear some expense as it has hardly cost me a penny since last year - just a battery (cured power sounder problem) and drop links so maybe the old girl is due a bit of TLC this time.

As a retail customer you will get fleeced by the auction companies in buyers fees!  :o

I've paid less in fees to buy a house than a car at the auctions!!  >:(  I kid you not!!  ::)

Josh is the man for Auctions

But you do really need to know what you want first if serious about buying. Although its a very good idea to go along first to sus the place out. The usual faces tend to turn up if an omega is on the list.
