i have a 2.2 cd 2003 model , can i fit a new stalk on column  and have cruise control or not

Yes, if its a manual it will also requrie a clutch switch fitting.

Needs a chat with Tech 2 to enable cruise in the engine ecu

its an auto box . do i still need engine ecu done by tech 2
